This one of a kind is the result of having traveled to Barcelona Spain and then to upstate New York.First, filling up on Gaudi's Parque Guell where he used broken ceramics and other found objects to recreate images naturally occurring in nature. Then, discovering original works by Frank Lloyd Wright whose dedication to straight lines and right angels was something that inspired me to try it for myself. The following six panels, set into a refinished colonial window pane: one side spells out JOY and works with circles, squares and triangles. The other side is broken into the parts of a curvacious blooming flower.
